15th Annual Bunk Wurth Golf Tournament

15th Annual Bunk Wurth Golf Tournament

The 15th Annual St. Patrick's Day Golf Tournament Is On!

This year we're excited to announce our new venue.. Black Gold Golf Club in Yorba Linda!! The shotgun start will begin at 12:30 PM on Wednesday March 17th. Come and enjoy mixing it up with the Bunk Community. Festive Irish music and good vibes will be provided by the Noble Lads prior to Tee Off as usual. Cost has been lowered due to a few mulligans this year - it will not be a hosted bar but each (critical word - PAID) golfer will receive four (4) drink coupons and a box lunch provided by course prior to tee off. The bar will not be hosted as in years past prior to tee off. The other mulligan is the greens will be punched that week so you don't have to invite that scratch putter friend of yours, so feel free to enact the 2 putt rule to keep those handicaps intact.

There will be Bunk glassware, cases of fine premium golfballs, (subject to provider showing up) and fashionable wearables available for purchase at time of registration check-in.

Given that we are 3 weeks away from tee off please register today as prices will go up to $150.00 after March 2nd.

For the past 14 years, we've celebrated Alec 'Bunk' Wurth on St. Patrick's Day by holding a tournament and fundraiser.

With the loss of Bunk on January 7, 2017, the Wurth family continues to host the annual golf tournament with the proceeds going towards the Bunk Wurth Memorial Endowment fund providing tuition assistance to Servite alumni who demonstrate financial need in sending their young men to Servite High School in Anaheim ( Servite High School Link).

If you'd like to Donate, there are two ways you can help and honor Bunk's amazing life and impact:

#1 - Use the following link to make a donation directly to the Bunk Wurth Memorial Fund using the Servite High School donation page:

#2 - Make checks payable to Servite High School (who is helping manage the endowment fund) and send them to:
